Jesse was a four year varsity starter throughout high school.  After high school he served four years active duty in the US Air Force.  He was stationed in Germany and North Dakota and deployed to Iraq once.  When his military service was complete, he attended UW-Stout where he played baseball for two years then transitioned into an assistant coach for three years.  Currently he plays shortstop for the Osseo Merchants in the Chippewa River Baseball League.

melissa panchyshyn

Melissa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has always been passionate about health and fitness, which inspired her decision to pursue a profession in the nutrition field. Her mission is to help others achieve their goals whether it be improving athletic performance or general health and wellness. She meets individually with clients to set personal goals and provides them with nutrition education to meet those goals. Melissa’s professional career includes work at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin-Stout, and is currently employed at Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District. Melissa is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Wisconsin Dietetic Association. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Master’s degree in Food and Nutritional Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

scott cramer

Scott is an Eau Claire native, who graduated from North High School in 1981. He attended the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 1985. Afterward, he embarked on a seven year helicopter pilot career, which included a combat tour in the Persian Gulf. He enjoyed pitching at high levels of fastpitch softball in Annapolis, Pensacola, and San Diego during his active duty years. Scott has coached at all levels of youth baseball and softball. His high school softball coaching career began at North High School in 2011 where he served as the pitching coach. He also coached at Fall Creek High School, and Bloomer High School.

luke eide

Luke was a 4-year varsity starter throughout his high school career. He was all-conference four times, including player of the year once. He participated in the WIAA state baseball tournament in 2013. During his college career, he went on to pitch at UW-Stout. Luke now pitches for the Osseo Merchants in the Chippewa River Baseball League.

Mental Performance

Leslie Huntington enters her 19th season in 2019-2020 as the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s head softball coach. She is the Blugolds’ all-time winningest coach and earned her 400th career win on March 20, 2016. In 2008 Huntington led the Blugolds to an NCAA Division III national championship, the first in program history. In 2007 the team finished third in the nation. Between 2004-2006, Huntington received three WIAC Coach of the Year awards in a row, each year the Blugolds won WIAC titles, the first time in WIAC history a team won three straight. She was also named WIAC Coach of the Year in 2012.
