Off-season Training
Our off-season training program is the most comprehensive baseball specific training program in the Chippewa Valley. Our off-season focuses on all facets of the game that ball players need in order to develop and grow. We build and enhance the foundation of hitting and fielding patterns, as well as learn more elite and dynamic movements. Our strength and conditioning program is designed around the specific needs of baseball players in order to make them more functionally strong. In conjunction with our strength and conditioning program, we work with ArmCare.com to develop a thorough training routine to maximize arm strength and arm health. In developing the complete ballplayer, we also place a strong emphasis on mental performance alongside physical skills. Our athletes work with a mental performance coach to build confidence, preparation, and develop the resilience needed to handle challenges, and compete at their best. In addition, participants benefit from 24/7 access to our training facility, giving them the opportunity to reinforce the skills they are learning throughout the off season on their own.
Saturdays: Strength & Conditioning beginning in September, and Mental Performance beginning in November

Practices
Practices will typically occur 1-2 times per week based on the tournament schedule. We believe in getting as much practice time as possible, while also giving players breaks as to not burn them out.
Uniforms
Players will receive a jersey, a pant, a hat, a bat bag for new players, and a helmet for new players. Other items, such as pants, belt, and socks will be up to the player to purchase. We will also run a gear store where additional items may be purchased.
Hotels
Hotels are not included in the team costs and are up to the player to reserve. Some tournaments may require us to stay at designated hotels to participate.
